Cancellation will be made at a cost of 5% + (2% credit clearing fee) of the product value or NIS 100 - whichever is lower in accordance with the provisions of the law

All the products are made with personal stamping and handmade, so all the pictures are for thought only and there may be slight deviations in the location of the stamp, its shape and the color of the product displayed on the website. No refund will be accepted for a product provided and no exchange will be allowed for products made specifically for the customer.
